UPLOADED PET PHOTOS & GENERATED ARTWORK

When you upload a pet photograph, we process that image in order to provide the portrait preview service and, if you purchase a product, to prepare and fulfill your personalized order.

BRUSHLINE may use third-party cloud infrastructure, image-processing services, artificial intelligence service providers, production partners, and related technology providers when necessary to provide the service you request.

BRUSHLINE does not claim ownership of your original uploaded photograph.

By uploading an image, you represent that you own the image or otherwise have the necessary permission to use and submit it.

We do not use customer-uploaded pet photographs or personalized portraits in public BRUSHLINE advertising or marketing unless separate permission has been obtained.

PREVIEW HISTORY

BRUSHLINE may provide a browser-based Preview History feature that allows you to revisit recently generated portrait previews.

The current Preview History may display previews from approximately the past 30 days on the same browser or device.

This display period does not necessarily mean that the underlying artwork or image file is automatically deleted after 30 days.

Artwork and related information may be retained for a reasonable period where necessary to operate the service, fulfill orders, support customers, process replacements or reprints, maintain records, prevent fraud or abuse, or comply with legal obligations.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We may use information to:

• operate and improve BRUSHLINE;
• generate portrait previews;
• create and fulfill personalized orders;
• process payments;
• ship products;
• provide customer support;
• communicate about orders and services;

PAYMENTS

Payments are processed through Shopify and enabled payment service providers.

Depending on the payment methods available at checkout, payment processing may involve providers such as UseePay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, card networks, banks, and related payment partners.

When payment details are handled directly by authorized payment providers, BRUSHLINE does not need to receive or store your complete payment-card number.
