These Terms of Service govern your use of the BRUSHLINE website and your purchase of BRUSHLINE products.

By using BRUSHLINE or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

BRUSHLINE SERVICE

BRUSHLINE allows customers to upload pet photographs, create personalized portrait previews, customize physical portrait products, and place orders for custom-made products.

FREE PORTRAIT PREVIEW

BRUSHLINE may provide a free portrait preview before purchase.

The preview is provided to help you evaluate your artwork and product options.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, a free preview is not a separately purchased digital product.

UPLOADED IMAGES

You represent that you own, control, or otherwise have the necessary permission to upload any photograph, image, text, name, or other content you submit to BRUSHLINE.

You must not upload content that infringes another person’s copyright, privacy, publicity, trademark, or other rights.

You grant BRUSHLINE and the service providers necessary to operate BRUSHLINE a limited right to process submitted content where reasonably necessary to:

• create your portrait preview;
• produce your personalized product;
• provide customer support;
• process replacements or reprints;
• operate and secure the service.

PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

BRUSHLINE products are custom-made according to the artwork and options selected during the ordering process.

Before completing your purchase, you are responsible for reviewing:

• the portrait preview;
• art style;
• pet name, if applicable;
• finish;
• size;
• frame color, where applicable;
• shipping information.

Once production has begun, changes may not be possible.

ARTWORK & PRINT APPEARANCE

We aim to produce your physical portrait based on the approved artwork and selected product configuration.

Colors may vary slightly between screens and printed products due to display settings, printing processes, materials, lighting conditions, and normal production tolerances.

ORDERS

BRUSHLINE may cancel or refund an order when reasonably necessary, including where:

• payment cannot be verified;
• an order appears fraudulent;
• required information is missing;
• submitted content cannot legally or technically be produced;
• a product becomes unavailable;
• an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been collected, an appropriate refund will be issued.

PRICES

Prices displayed on BRUSHLINE may change from time to time.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, or other required charges will be shown during checkout where applicable.

SHIPPING

Shipping and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, address problems, customs where applicable, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Because BRUSHLINE products are personalized, returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Please review that policy before purchasing.

PAYMENTS

Payments are processed through Shopify and enabled third-party payment providers.

Use of a particular payment method may also be subject to the applicable payment provider’s terms and privacy practices.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The BRUSHLINE name, branding, website design, graphics, software, text, and other BRUSHLINE-owned materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of BRUSHLINE intellectual property to you.

Your original uploaded photograph remains subject to the rights of its lawful owner.

PROHIBITED USES

You may not use BRUSHLINE to:

• violate applicable law;
• upload content you do not have permission to use;
• interfere with or attack the website;
• attempt unauthorized access to systems or customer information;
• commit fraud;
• abuse free portrait preview generation or automated systems;
• copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse BRUSHLINE systems where prohibited by law.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

BRUSHLINE relies on third-party services including Shopify, payment providers, hosting and cloud infrastructure, image-processing services, AI service providers, production partners, logistics providers, and other technology vendors.

Certain parts of the service may therefore also be subject to applicable third-party terms.

SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website or service where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal, technical, or business reasons.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BRUSHLINE will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time.
