At BRUSHLINE, every portrait is custom-made from your pet’s photo. We carefully prepare each order before it is shipped.

FREE U.S. SHIPPING

BRUSHLINE currently offers free standard shipping on orders within the United States.

PROCESSING & PRODUCTION

Most orders are prepared for shipment within approximately 1–2 business days after your order is confirmed.

Because every BRUSHLINE portrait is personalized, processing may occasionally take longer during periods of high order volume, holidays, or if additional information is required to complete your order.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY

Most U.S. orders are estimated to arrive within 5–8 business days from the date the order is placed.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, address issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.

SHIPPING ORIGIN

BRUSHLINE orders are shipped from the United States.

TRACKING

When tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Please allow some time for the carrier’s tracking system to update after your shipping confirmation is sent.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

If you need to correct or change your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at:

Because production and fulfillment may begin quickly, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment or has been handed to the carrier.

LOST, DELAYED OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your package is significantly delayed, appears to be lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact us at:

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

BRUSHLINE’s initial launch is focused on the United States.

Additional international destinations may be added in the future. Available destinations, shipping charges, taxes, and other applicable costs will be shown at checkout when international shipping becomes available.
